Got my order from Wingback and yeah, it’s just really well made. Feels sturdy, the materials are lovely, and it doesn’t have that cheap throwaway feel at all. I’ve been using it pretty much every day and it still looks almost brand new. Really happy with it.

"Customer service never got back to me"
I reached out to customer service and I’m still waiting for any kind of reply. It’s frustrating, honestly. It kind of gives the impression they’re more interested in taking your money than actually helping once there’s an issue.

"Delivery was all over the place"
I ordered thinking it would show up in a few days, but the delivery date kept moving and the tracking hardly updated at all. I had to keep chasing just to find out what was going on, which got annoying. The stuff on the site looks nice, not gonna lie, but the whole delivery thing kinda put me off ordering again.

"Looks great at first, but wears faster than I expected"
My first impression was really good — it looks sharp and the material feels nice right out of the box. But after using it daily for a while, I noticed marks showing up sooner than I thought they would. It’s not bad and I’m still using it, but for the price, I kind of expected it to hold up better. Quick take: nice-looking, just not as durable as I hoped. 3 stars.

"Clean, simple, and totally my style"
I bought this mostly because I liked the clean design, but it looks even better in person. It’s simple and neat without being too flashy, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Overall, I’m really happy with it and would definitely say it was a great choice for my style.

"Great first impression, but the stitching stands out"
When I first pulled this wallet out, I was impressed, the leather feels nice and it has a solid, sturdy feel to it. After looking a little closer though, the stitching and edges aren’t quite as clean as I expected. For the price, I was hoping the finishing would be a bit sharper.

"Feels a little pricey to me"
It’s not bad overall, and I do think it offers some value, but personally I felt it was a bit expensive for what you get.

"Totally Fine, But Why Is It So Stiff?"
I use it every day it does the job just fine. No major complaints there. But it feels a little stiff, and for some reason that drives me absolutely insane every time I use it. Like, it works, but I keep thinking, why is this fighting me?
